Cancellations

We understand that things do not always go to plan and will do our best to accommodate your needs when changes are needed.

However,it is necessary at time to charge a fee for these changes. The following is what we consider to be fair to guests and ourselves.

CHANGES

1 month and beyond prior to arrival - no charge
14 - 28 days prior to arrival - $30 admin fee
3 - 14 days prior to arrival - Value of first nights accommodation
0 - 3 days prior to arrival - Full booking

In the case of the cancellations or changes in the last 14 days, the fees listed above will not be charged if we fill the room on the dates of your booking.

No refunds will be given for any cancellations after checkin.
